Director of research and impact
As InformEd International’s Director of Research and Impact, Lisa ensures that everything - from M&E frameworks, study design, data collection, data analysis, and communication of data - is designed to be effective and insightful. She brings over ten years of experience providing technical expertise to international development programs. She is driven to bring evidence-based programming to the field and to empower local people to solve today’s most challenging problems.
Lisa initially jumped in to monitoring and evaluation while working with Grassroot Soccer in South Africa and Planned Parenthood in Ghana. Before founding InformEd International, she worked in the health and education sectors at World Vision International.
Lisa holds an MPH from the University of Michigan and a mathematics degree from Davidson College. In her free time, you can find her hiking and exploring the PNW alongside her Golden Retriever.
Cameron is a skilled education specialist and programme manager with 20 years of experience working in the primary, secondary and non-formal education settings across many countries in Africa, Asia and Oceania. He is particularly interested in generating and using evidence to inform decision making, managing large scale projects and pursuing innovative and niche solutions to improve educational outcomes.
Sr. Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Advisor
Billi discovered her passion for education through various roles in the U.S. public school system but transitioned to the field of international education six years ago to focus on education research. She believes research and evaluation is most beneficial when it inspires behavior change in program participants and leadership, and she enjoys supporting clients in this work through high-quality design, analysis, and data visualization.
Billi came to InformEd in January 2019 after working at World Vision International as a M&E Specialist on the Global Education team. There she participated in evaluation projects of early grade reading programs throughout Africa and Asia, leading in-country and virtual data collection training and data analysis of student assessments. As InformEd International’s Senior Advisor for Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning, Billi works with clients to develop monitoring and evaluation frameworks that lead to learning among stakeholders and meaningful change in future programming designs. She holds a Master’s in Intercultural Studies from Fuller Graduate Schools, a Bachelor’s in International Studies from Pepperdine University, and a Graduate Certificate in Education Research Methodology from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
